The St. Chrischona Theological Seminary (TSC) can look back on a history of around 185 years. It has also belonged to the municipality of Bettingen for this long and manages Basel’s local mountain.

Major changes are currently taking place as part of a change in strategy. Specifically, for the first time since the 19th century, some properties on St. Chrischona are up for sale. A buyer has already been found for “Haus Waldrain”. In addition, Chrischona Campus AG (CCAG) – which, as a subsidiary of TSC, is the owner – is still looking for buyers for the “Haus zu den Bergen” and the “Frauenwohnhaus”.

Numerous questions arise in connection with the change in strategy and the partial sale of real estate. At the information event on November 30, you will receive first-hand information on this and on the planned overall development and future plans. The information will be presented by Werner Sturm (Chairman of the Board of Directors of CCAG) and Ueli Rusch (Managing Director of CCAG).
