The last bus 32 leaves at 7:56 pm (Saturdays at 7:30 pm and Sundays at 7:15 pm) from the station “Bettingen, St. Chrischona”. If you need a bus afterwards, you have the possibility to travel with the “Rufbus”. Please call +49 61 227 55 75 to order the bus.

Excursions on the Chrischona Mountain
Walking/Hiking
We have many hiking and walking trails on Chrischona Mountain. Signs to the various hikes can be found distributed on Chrischona Mountain (e.g. at the church or at the Waldrain Restaurant).
We recommend:
- The generation course at the Waldrain restaurant. A walk with stations where you need all your senses.
- A round trip hike to Inzlingen. A leisurely hike of 8km (duration: approx. 2 hours), which takes you past the “Wasserschloss” and the TV tower. You can start and finish this hike right in front of the conference center.
E-Bike Tour
You are welcome to contact the reception if you would like to rent an e-bike.

Possible destinations in Riehen:
Riehen is home to the most visited art museum in Switzerland, the Fondation Beyeler. We recommend you to combine your visit with a leisurely walk from here to the Fondation Beyeler (duration: approx. 45 minutes). Benefit from a 50% discount on the entrance fee with the BaselCard.
TheMUKS (Museum for Culture and Play ) is a hands-on museum for the whole family. The focus is on people and their actions. You will see a wonderful world of toys and the eventful history of Riehen. Benefit from a 50% discount on the entrance fee with the BaselCard.
The Wenkenpark with its rare plants and a beautiful pond is worth a visit. In addition, two villas and an old equestrian hall, which houses an attractive bistro-café, are located on the premises.
If you are interested in art and like hiking, we recommend the Rehberger trail (duration: approx. 2 hours). It begins at the Fondation Beyeler and ends at the Vitra Design Museum. Art objects such as cuckoo clocks, birdhouses and a high seat designed by the artist Tobias Rehberger will show you the way.
