Questions about booking and organisation

How can I make a non-binding enquiry?

You can easily make a non-binding enquiry via the online form on our website, by email to welcome@chrischona-berg.ch or by phone on +41 61 646 42 70. Please tell us your preferred dates, the type of event, the approximate number of participants and any special requirements.

Can I view the rooms in advance?

Of course! We even recommend a viewing before making a binding booking. Simply arrange an appointment with our team, and we will be happy to show you all the relevant rooms and answer your questions on site. Viewings are also possible in the evenings and at weekends by arrangement.

What payment options are there?

We accept bank transfer, credit cards (EC, Maestro, Postcard, Mastercard, American Express, Visa) and debit cards. Payment by invoice is also possible for corporate events. A deposit is usually required for larger events.

Are there cancellation terms for events?

Yes, our cancellation terms are as follows:

30-15 days before the start of the event: 50% of the agreed total amount
14-8 days before the start of the event: 80% of the agreed total amount
7 days before the start of the event: 100% of the agreed total amount

Do you work with external service providers?

Yes, we work with various reliable partners, but we are also happy to cooperate with your preferred service providers. Our partners include event agencies, technical service providers, photographers, florists, decorators and transport providers. On request, we coordinate all external service providers for your event.
