The Chrischona Campus proved to be very valuable in every respect for our away day. We felt very much at home: the walks in between, praying in the church, the good cappuccino in the café. A great setting for finding new visions.

Questions about corporate events
How is the large conference hall equipped?
Can several workshops or breakout sessions take place at the same time?
Yes, in addition to our main conference hall, we have several smaller seminar rooms that are ideal for parallel workshops or breakout sessions. These rooms are located close to the main hall and can be used flexibly. Depending on group size, we can accommodate up to 10 parallel sessions.
Is simultaneous interpreting possible at conferences?
Yes, simultaneous interpreting is possible in our conference hall. We have the necessary technical infrastructure (headsets, interpreting booths) and can arrange professional interpreters. Please let us know your requirements early so that we can prepare everything in the best possible way.
Can hybrid conferences be held?
Absolutely! Our rooms are equipped with the technology needed for hybrid events. We offer stable internet connections, streaming options and the integration of video conferencing systems. If required, we work with specialised technology partners to deliver even complex hybrid formats professionally.
How far in advance should large conferences be booked?
For larger conferences with more than 100 participants, we recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance, especially if you have specific dates in mind. For smaller events, booking 3-6 months in advance is usually sufficient. In the off-season or for short-notice requests, however, it is always worth checking our availability.
What kinds of corporate events can be held on the Chrischona Berg?
We offer rooms for all kinds of corporate events: conferences, meetings, workshops, seminars, team-building events, company anniversaries, year-end events, product presentations, customer events and staff training. Our versatile rooms and the combination of modern equipment and a natural setting provide the ideal framework for any kind of corporate event.
What technical equipment is available for corporate events?
Our event rooms have modern technical equipment: projectors and screens, sound systems, microphones, flipcharts, moderation kits, free high-speed Wi-Fi and digital presentation options. For special technical requirements, we work with professional partners and can organise additional equipment.
Are there conference packages for corporate events?
Yes, we offer various conference packages tailored to the needs of corporate events. Our standard packages include room hire, basic technical equipment, coffee breaks and lunch. You can either choose a package or we will work out a tailor-made offer with you.
Can multi-day corporate events be held as well?
Absolutely! We are perfectly equipped for multi-day events. With our accommodation, various catering options and versatile rooms, we offer everything from a single source. We will be happy to advise you on multi-day events and help you plan a varied supporting programme.
Are there opportunities for team-building activities in the area?
Yes, the Chrischona Berg and the surrounding nature offer numerous opportunities for team-building activities. From guided hikes and historical tours to outdoor workshops and creative indoor activities, we can offer or arrange various options.
