Chrischona Berg is not only a popular destination for nature lovers – it is also a wonderful place to have breakfast. After you’ve had your fill of the view of Basel, the Rhine Valley and the surrounding foothills, you can also treat your palate.
A heavenly breakfast
A good breakfast includes an excellent coffee or a tasty tea. Enjoy coffee in all its facets from espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato to ristretto, lungo and more. Our staff have completed barista courses and will be happy to whip up the coffee of your choice. The fine Länggass teas stand for sustainability and transparent supply chains. Our FOODNOTE muesli is highly praised by muesli connoisseurs.
Regional and sustainable
We focus on fresh, regional and seasonal products and work with farmers and suppliers from the immediate area (Riehen and Bettingen), including the Stadtbuur from Riehen. We obtain meat from our own tenant farmer on Chrischona and from Bettingen. We minimize food waste through efficient production processes and creativity.
